This plan comes with a VPS hosting account, an account with our preferred broker, but no monitoring service. This affords protection to the hardware, network, operating system, and a setup and configuration from our staff. The responsibility of maintenance on the machine, monitoring of the account night and day is the sole responsibility of the user or owner of the account. This is a onetime fee of $150, plus cost of setting up VPS account, and brokerage fees. VPS host charges a monthly fee which can be dealt with via credit/debit or PayPal. Broker is paid on a scaling price, which the broker will disclose to you. Their fees are taken out of your account monthly based on usage. This fee is per EA (Expert Advisor - automation) setup. If you are running two of our automation programs, that is 2 x our fee of $150.
Silver Plan - This plan includes the Copper Plan, and in addition, the application monitoring, system maintenance and the 24/7 monitoring service. Again we iterate, we are not able to make investment decisions on your account, we are not directly in contact with the finances in your account. Our exclusive responsibility is monitoring of the system for event of failures, corruption of data on the automations systems or failures of the MT4 (MetaTrader4 platform). This plan has an upfront fee of $2000, plus a $500 monthly fee. Expense of broker is handled between you and your broker. VPS host expense is covered on our part. In doing so, this ensures that we do not interact with your broker account, but allows us to offer discounts on prices for your VPS services. Now we can provide a higher level of maintenance and support on all of our client accounts through a group pricing. If you have more than one MetaTrader4 account with us, we waive the $2000 after the first account, but the monthly service fee of $500 is applied per MT4 account.
